You will need:
Yarn DROPS ALASKA (100% wool, 70m/50g)
600-700-750-800-900-1000 g, color 69, pearl white
Spokes:
Circular knitting needles DROPS size 5.5 mm, line length 80 cm.
Circular knitting needles DROPS size 4.5 mm, line length 40 and 80 cm.

Circular knitting needles sizes 4.5 and 5.5 mm.
To knit in the round, you can use the MAGIC LOOP technique; in this case, you will only need circular knitting needles with 80 cm fishing line of the indicated sizes.

Knitting density:
16 stitches and 20 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm.
Note! The knitting needle sizes are given as a guideline. If there are too many stitches in a 10cm knitted pattern, use larger needles. If there are too few stitches in the 10 cm sample, take smaller needles.

EXPLANATIONS FOR KNITTING:
shawl knitting (knitting in rotary rows):
Knit all rows with facial loops.
1 edge of garter stitch vertically = 2 rows of knit stitches.

PATTERN:
See diagrams A.1 – A.4. The diagrams show all the rows as they look on the front side of the work.

KNITTING DESCRIPTION:
SWEATER, brief description of work:
Knit the body in the round on circular knitting needles, from bottom to top, to the armholes. Divide the body into front and back and finish knitting them separately in turning rows. Knit the sleeves in rotating rows on circular knitting needles, from bottom to top. Sew the details according to the description. Then pick up the loops at the neckline and knit the collar.

BODY:
Cast on 184-200-216-240-256-280 stitches using 4.5mm circular needles and DROPS Alaska yarn.

Knit rib * p1, k2, p1 *, repeat stitches between stars on all stitches.

When 6 cm of elastic is knitted, change the knitting needles to circular ones of size 5.5 mm and knit like this:

Work * pattern A.1 6-6-6-7-7-8 times, then pattern A.2, pattern A.3 5-6-7-8-9-10 times, then pattern A.4, pattern A. 1 6-6-6-7-7-8 times *, knit stitches between stars only 2 times.

Place 1 marker at the beginning of the round. Continue knitting the pattern. WATCH THE DENSITY OF KNITTING!

When 32-33-34-35-36-37 cm are knitted, bind off the stitches for the armholes like this (adjust the work so that the next circular row is with braids):

knit 91-98-104-115-123-134 sts as before, cast off next 2-4-8-10-10-12 sts, knit 90-96-100-110-118-128 sts as before , and cast off the next 2-4-8-10-10-12 sts (i.e. the last 1-2-4-5-5-6 sts of the round and the first 1-2-4-5-5-6 sts next round).

Next, knit the front and back separately.

BACK:
= 90-96-100-110-118-128 stitches. Continue knitting patterns as before.

When 20-21-22-23-24-25 cm are knitted from the place of division, knit the beveled shoulder and bind off the stitches for the neck, starting with the next knit row:

Continue knitting the pattern where there are enough loops to repeat the repeats, knit the remaining loops according to the pattern (knit stitches, purl stitches).

Work 40-43-44-49-52-57 stitches, cast off next 10-10-12-12-14-14 stitches for neckline and work until 6-6-7-8-8-9 stitches remain on needles . Unfold the work and knit the row back.

Finish the shoulders separately.

Continue knitting like this without knitting 6-6-7-8-8-9 loops at the end of each row after the neck a total of 4 times and AT THE SAME TIME at the beginning of each row from the neck side close the loops: bind off 5 loops 1 rad and 2 each loops 2 times.

On the next row, knit all shoulder stitches and cast on 2 stitches at the end of the row = 33-36-37-42-45-50 stitches.

Cast off the shoulder loops using i-cord as follows: Knit 2 cast-on loops together with the shoulder loops: knit * 1 loops in stockinette stitch, knit the next loop with the first/next shoulder loop (see knit together), return 2 knitted loops back to the left knitting needle , and leave the working thread on the wrong side of the work *, repeat the steps between the stars until all shoulder loops are knitted together with 2 i-cord loops = 2 loops remain. Close the loops.

Tie the second shoulder as well.

BEFORE:
= 90-96-100-110-118-128 stitches. Continue knitting the pattern as before.

When you have knitted 12-13-13-14-14-15 cm from the split, cast off the middle 20 stitches for the neckline (there will be 35-38-40-45-49-54 stitches left for each shoulder) and finish knitting the shoulders separately.

Continue knitting patterns in turning rows and cast off 1 stitch in each row from the neck side, a total of 4-4-5-5-6-6 times = 31-34-35-40-43-48 stitches.

Next, knit the beveled shoulder, start in the next row from the neck side: knit until there are 6-6-7-7-8-9 stitches left, turn the work around and knit back. Continue knitting as well, knitting 6-6-7-7-8-9 stitches less in each row, making only 4 turns.

In the next row, knit all the loops and cast on 2 loops at the end of the row = 33-36-37-42-45-50 loops.

ASSEMBLY: Sew shoulder seams using outer loops.

COLLAR:
Along the entire neckline on the front side of the work, raise approx. 88-108 stitches using short circular needles 4.5 mm. The number of loops must be a multiple of 4.

Knit rib knit 2/p2, 12 cm high.

Close the loops according to the drawing.

SLEEVES:
Cast on 46-50-50-54-54-58 sts using 4.5mm circular needles using DROPS Alaska yarn.

Knit rib, start on the wrong side of the work, like this: 1 edge loop in garter stitch, * k2, p2 *, repeat loops between stars until 1 loop remains, 1 edge loop in garter stitch.

Knit an elastic band with a height of 6 cm, change the knitting needles to circular ones of size 5.5 mm.

Knit 1 row on the right side of the work and evenly decrease 4-6-6-8-6-8 stitches = 42-44-44-46-48-50 stitches.

Work in patterns, starting on the wrong side of the work, like this: 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, pattern A.1, until 1 stitch remains, 1 edge loop in garter stitch.

Knit pattern.

When 12-12-12-12-13-12-14 cm are knitted, add 1 loop next to the outer 2 loops on both sides. Knit the added loops according to pattern A.1.

Make such increases every 3-3-2½-2-2-1½ cm, for a total of 11-12-13-14-14-15 times = 64-68-70-74-76-80 stitches.

When the sleeve is knitted with a length of 46-46-45-43-42-39 cm, place 1 marker along the edges, this is the bottom of the armhole. Continue knitting and cast off the stitches when the sleeve length is 47-47-47-46-45-43 cm.

Knit the second sleeve as well.

ASSEMBLY:
Sew the sleeves up to the markers. Sew the sleeves into the armholes, following the pattern.
