Pullover “At sunset”

The best way to see off the sun is on the seashore, accompanied by the cries of seagulls and the splash of waves. And if it gets cold, throw on a nice jumper that you definitely need to knit for your vacation.

You will need: A-elita yarn (50% wool, 50% acrylic, 781 m/100 g), colors – dark blue, gray, black, angora, emerald, brown, milky white (total 400 g); for finishing - any half-wool of red, orange, pink and yellow, hook No. 5.

Knit in 2 threads!

Before: start knitting with an elastic band.

Dial 16 air. p. with angora thread and knit 111 rows of st. b/n behind the back wall. From the elastic up, knit 1 row of stitches. s/n, then – color drawing according to scheme 1.

In the marked place, knit one seagull according to pattern 2.

Form the neckline according to the diagram. Use orange to tie the sun according to pattern 3 and sew it to the brown part of the piece.

On top of the part, use uncapped columns to tie 2 horizon lines – red and orange. Next, using small stitches in red, orange, pink and yellow, in free form, embroider lines on the sun, its glow and reflection.

Back: knit in gray

First, an elastic band similar to the front part. From the elastic up, knit the entire back part of the st. s/n in accordance with the pattern.

Left sleeve: dial 16 air. p. with a milky white thread and tie an elastic band 56 rows long, st. b/n behind the back wall.

From the elastic up, knit 1 row of stitches. s/n. Next, knit according to pattern 4, making increases on both sides in every 3rd row (not the entire color is knitted behind the back wall, but only the marked rows).

 Tie the bottom of the sleeve with st. non-woven angora thread.

Right sleeve: dial 16 air. p. with gray thread and tie an elastic band 56 rows long, st. b/n behind the back wall.

From the elastic up, knit 1 row. s/n.

 Next, knit according to pattern 5, increasing on both sides in every 3rd row.

Tie the edge of the sleeve. b/n dark blue thread.

Assembly: sew the front and back. Sew the seams of the sleeves and attach them to the product.

Tie the neckline with black thread in a circle:

 1st row – st. b/n;

 2nd row – st. s/n;

Rows 3-5 – rib (alternate treble s/n and treble s/n behind the back wall).
