Repeat rows 1–52 in height.
Pattern of “small leaves”, knitting needles No. 4.5. The number of loops is a multiple of 9 + 2 edge loops. Knit according to pattern 2, which shows the front rows. In the purl rows, knit all the loops according to the pattern, knit the yarn overs purl. Between the edges, constantly repeat the repeat of the pattern, repeat rows 1–14 in height.
Knitting density.
Pattern of “big leaves”: 25 p. and 31 r. = 10 x 10 cm.
Pattern of “small leaves”: 23 p. and 29 r. = 10 x 10 cm.
Description of knitting
Back. Cast on 120 (144) loops on the knitting needles and knit 9 cm for the bottom bar with elastic band A, while in the last purl row add 13 (15) loops = 133 (159) loops at even intervals. Next, continue the work with a pattern of “large leaves”. For shoulder bevels, after 63.5 cm = 198 rows from the bottom bar on both sides, close 1 x 15 (18) sts and in the next 2nd row another 1 x 15 (18) sts. Simultaneously with the 1st shoulder decrease for close the neck with the middle 43 (47) loops. and finish both sides separately. To round the neck along the inner edges in the next 2nd row, decrease 1 x 1 st.
After 65 cm = 202 rows from the bottom bar, bind off the remaining 14 (19) shoulder loops.
Left shelf. Cast on 58 (70) loops on the knitting needles and knit 9 cm for the bottom bar with elastic band B, while in the last purl row add 9 (11) loops = 67 (81) loops at even intervals. Next, continue the work with a pattern of “large leaves”, starting with 1 edge, repeat the pattern 2 (3) times, finish with the first 13 repeat loops (the loop after the repeat) and 1 edge.
To bevel the neck, after 37.5 cm = 116 rows (36 cm = 112 rows) from the bottom bar on the left edge, close 1 x 1 p., then in each * 4th row decrease 4 x 1 p. and in the next 2- m row 1 x 1 p., from * repeat 3 more times, then in every 4th row decrease 2 x 1 p. (* in every 4th row decrease 2 x 1 p. and in the next 2nd row 1 x 1 p., from * repeat 7 times, then in the next 4th row decrease another 1 x 1 p.).
To decrease the stitches in front of the edge stitch, knit 2 stitches together according to the pattern. If this is not possible, do not perform the last yarn over of the row, but decrease according to the diagram.
From the right edge, make a shoulder bevel, as on the back. At back height, bind off 14 (19) remaining shoulder stitches.
Right shelf. Knit symmetrically to the left front. To do this, first perform the bottom bar with an elastic band C and then continue the work with a pattern of “large leaves”, starting with 1 edge and the last 12 (0) repeat loops, then repeat the pattern repeat 2 (3) times, ending with a loop after the repeat and 1 edge.
Sleeves. For each sleeve, cast on 46 (50) stitches on the knitting needles and knit 9 cm for the bottom placket with elastic band C, while in the last purl row add 19 (24) stitches = 65 (74) stitches at even intervals. Next, continue the work with a pattern of “small leaves”. At the same time, for sleeve bevels, in every 6th row from the bottom bar on both sides according to the pattern, add 18 x 1 p. = 101 (110) loops.
After 40.5 cm = 118 rows from the bottom bar, close all the loops.
Belt. Cast on 28 stitches on the knitting needles and knit with rib A. After 150 (160) cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches according to the pattern.
Assembly. Sew shoulder seams. For the placket along the edge of the side of the right front to the shoulder seam, cast on 177 loops on circular knitting needles, along the edge of the neck - 66 (70) loops, along the edge of the side of the left front - 177 loops. Knit all 420 (424) loops with rib A, starting with 1 purl row. After 5 rows from the start of knitting the strap on the right shelf, make 6 buttonholes. To do this, in the next front row, perform an edge and 6 loops, then bind off 3 loops, knit * 16 loops, bind off 3 loops, repeat from * 4 more times, finish the row according to the pattern. In the next purl row, cast on the closed loops again.
After 4 cm from the start of knitting the strap, close all the loops according to the pattern. Sew in the sleeves. Sew side seams and sleeve seams. Sew buttons.
For belt loops, fasten a thread at each side seam at waist level and tie a chain of 11 chain stitches. p., at a distance of 4 cm above the initial loop, make a connecting post in the side seam, turn the work using 1 air. n., last air. skip and in the first 10 air. p. perform 1 tbsp. b/n. Cut the thread, pull it through the last loop and fasten it to the side seam. Thread the belt through the belt loops.
