Openwork jacket with shawl collar

You will need: yarn (100% cotton; 120 m/50 g) – 500 (600) 650 g soft pink; knitting needles No. 4; pink cotton grosgrain ribbon, 100 cm long and 1.5 cm wide
Pattern 1: elastic band (even number of loops). Front and back rows: edge, alternately 1 front, 1 back, edge.
Pattern 2: purl stitch = front rows - purl loops, purl rows - front loops.
Pattern 3: openwork pattern A (the number of loops is a multiple of 8 + 1 + 2 edge loops) = knit according to. diagram 1. It shows only the front rows in the purl rows, all loops and yarn overs should be knitted purlwise. Start with loops in front of the right arrow, constantly repeat the repeat of 8 stitches between the arrows and end with a loop after the left arrow. Constantly repeat 1-8th r.
Pattern 4: openwork pattern B (for 7 p.) = knit according to. diagram 2. It shows only the front rows; In purl rows, purl all loops and yarn overs. Constantly repeat the 1st - 4th row.
Knitting density: patterns 3,4 and 2 – 19 p. x 34 r. = 10 x 10 cm.
Back: on knitting needles No. 4, cast on 90 (98) 106 sts and for the bottom bar knit 3 cm = 11 r. pattern 1, start with 1 purl row and in the last row of the bar add 1 p = 91 (99) 107 p. Continue working with pattern 3.
After 35.5 cm = 120 rub. from the bottom bar close on both sides for armholes 1 x 3 p. and in every 2nd p. 2 x 2 p. and 6 x 1 p. = 65 (73) 81 p.
After 56.5 cm = 192 rubles. (59 cm = 200 r.) 61 cm = 208 r. From the bottom bar, close all loops, of which the middle 35 sts form the neck, the outer 15 (19) 23 sts form the shoulders.
Left shelf: on knitting needles No. 4, cast on 74 (78) 82 sts and for the bottom bar knit 3 cm = 11 r. pattern 1, start with 1 purl row and in the last row of the bar add 1 stitch = 75 (79) 83 stitches. Distribute the loops as follows: edge stitch, 25 (29) 33 stitches of pattern 3, to do this start with the loop in front of the right arrow and perform 3 x 8 sts of repeat between the arrows (start with a loop in front of the right arrow, perform 3 x 8 sts of repeat between the arrows and finish with the first 4 sts of repeat) start with a loop in front of the repeat and perform 4 x 8 sts of repeat between arrows, 7 stitches of pattern 4.41 stitches of pattern 3 (= start with the loop before the repeat and perform 5 x 8 stitches of repeat between the arrows), edge stitch.

Right shelf: knit in the same way as the left front, but in a mirror image.
Sleeves: On knitting needles No. 4, dial on 48 (52) 56 sts for each sleeve and knit 3 cm = 11 r for the placket. pattern 1, start with 1 purl row and in the last row of the bar add 1 p. = 49 (53) 57 p. For bevels, add on both sides every 10th r. 8 (4) 2 x 1 p. and in every 8th r. 3 (9) 12×1 p. = 71 (79) 85 p.
After 33 cm = 112 r. (35 cm = 120 r.) 36.5 cm = 124 r. close from the bar on both sides to roll 1 x 3 p. and in every 2nd p. close 2 x 2 p 13 x 1 p 4 x 2 p.
After 44.5 cm = 152 r. (46.5 cm = 158 rub.) 48 cm = 164 rub. close off the remaining 15 (23) 29 sts from the bar.
Assembly: sew shoulder seams.
Connect the set aside loops of the shawl collar with a knitted seam.
Sew a shawl collar into the back neckline.
Sew in the sleeves.
Sew side seams and sleeve seams.
Cut the grosgrain ribbon into 2 pieces of 50 cm each.
Try on the jacket and at waist level determine where to sew the ties.
Unscrew one end of the tape to a width of 1 cm and sew it at a distance of 6 cm from the side of the shelf.
