Crochet summer cardigan

You will need: 950 (1050) g ecru Toccata yarn (100% cotton, 110 m/50 g); hook No. 3.5;
1 decorative button;
2 buttons.
Main pattern: Art. b/n; replace 1st tbsp. for 1 air lifting point.
Openwork pattern: the number of loops is a multiple of 14 + 10 + 3 air. lifting point.
Knit according to the pattern. Replace 1st tbsp. s/n of each row for 3 air lifting points.
Start with loops before the repeat, repeat the repeat and end with loops after the repeat. Repeat 1 time from the 1st to the 5th row, then repeat from the 2nd to the 5th row.
Knitting density.
Main pattern: 22.5 p. and 25 r. = 10 x 10 cm;
openwork pattern: 24 p. and 9.5 r. = 10 x 10 cm.
Attention! Knit the entire back and front sides.
Description of work: tie a chain of 220 (248) air. p. + 3 air. p. rise and knit with an openwork pattern.
After 88 cm from the cast-on edge, continue working with the main pattern, while evenly decreasing in the 1st row. 22 p, = 198 (226) p.
At a height of the main pattern of 14 (11) cm, distribute the loops as follows: 39 (46) sts – right front, leave 22 sts – right armhole, 76 (90) sts – back, leave 22 sts – left armhole, 39 (46) p. – left shelf.
First knit the back straight. At a height of the main pattern of 30 cm, leave the middle 34 stitches for the neckline and finish both sides separately.
At a height of the main pattern of 32 cm, finish working on the remaining 21 (28) shoulder stitches on each side.
Now knit the left front.
At a height of the main pattern of 24 cm, leave 11 stitches for the neckline on the left side.
For rounding, leave in every 2nd r. 1 x 3 and 2 x 2 p.
Finish work on the remaining 21 (28) shoulder stitches at back height.
Finish the right shelf symmetrically.
Sleeves: knit a chain of 52 (66) p. + 3 air. p, rise and knit in an openwork pattern. For sleeve bevels, add from the cast-on edge on both sides alternately in every 2nd and 4th r. 17 x 1 p. = 86 (100) p., including added loops to the pattern.
Finish the work 58 cm from the cast-on edge.
Assembly: sew shoulder seams and sleeve seams, leaving the top 5 cm open on the sleeve seams.
Tie the edges of the shelves and the neckline of the back 1 p. Art. b/n and “crawfish step” (st. b/n from left to right).
Sew buttons to the shelves, 1 cm from the edge.
Sew the 1st button 1 cm below the neckline, the 2nd button after 7 cm. Sew in the sleeves, while sewing the upper 5 cm to the left armhole loops.
Sew a decorative button on the right shelf in the middle between the buttons.
