Crocheted bell will decorate any home and apartment for New Year and Christmas. It can be used both to decorate the Christmas tree and to decorate the room. The bell in our case turned out to be about 10 cm in height. The size can be changed by choosing a thinner or thicker yarn.

Big bell

The height of the bell is approximately 10cm. When choosing thicker threads for work, the size will increase, when using thin yarn, it will decrease.

Description and master class

nylon bow for decoration;

Description

We collect a chain of 6 VPs and connect them into a SS ring. Then we knit a chain of 15 VPs and connect them on the second side of the ring. Next we knit according to the image of the diagram:

1st row: 1 VP under-ma, 11 RLS in the ring, finishing with SS;
2 rows: 1 VP under, 1 RLS in the 1st VP under, 2 RLS in the next 2 RLS in the previous row, * 2 RLS in the next RLS in the previous row, 2 RLS in next 2 RLS of the previous row* – from * to * repeat twice, 4 times in total, SST;

We continue to crochet the bell on the 16th row. diagrams, completing each row with ST.

We knit the second bell in the same way. Then starch the products and dry them as described for previous models. We connect the bells and decorate with a bow.

Finishing knitting New Year's decor

Now let's start making the bell tongue. We take a needle with a wide eye and thread through it a piece of thread that remains inside the bell after creating the amigurumi ring. We string one bead onto a thread and make a knot. We check that the bead holds well. Cut off the excess thread. The first tongue is ready, we perform the second one by analogy.

We connect both bells with a thread, sewing and securing it from the inside, in the center of the arch. We decorate the product with a bow made of satin ribbons. We continue to knit the bell according to the pattern on the 17th row, completing each row with a connection. st-com.

Frill

I will connect the golden-colored yarn to the arch of the 2nd row. and execute:

Starch the product and dry it on a suitable form.

Processing the product after knitting

To ensure that the finished bells keep their shape well, you can treat them with potato starch. To do this, dilute 1 or 2 tbsp in half a liter of water. l. potato starch. Next, you need to put the container with the solution on the fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, after which you need to let the thickened starch cool a little and saturate the bell with it. Be sure to squeeze out excess liquid. After impregnation, the workpiece must be pulled onto a suitable form (for example, a glass), straightened and allowed to dry completely. Thanks to these simple manipulations, the product will keep its shape perfectly.

Bell with bow

Dimensions: height 12.5 cm, diameter 13 cm.

We need to prepare:

yarn, “Iris”, 100% cotton, white – 13g;
yarn, “Iris”, 100% metanite, golden color – 6g;
hook No.0.85.

Description

Using white threads we make a chain of 6 chains/loops and close it into a ring with a connecting stitch. We knit:

1st: 3 air/p. sub-ma, 2 dc in the ring, 3 chain/loop, 3 dc in the ring, 3 chain/loop, 3 dc in the ring;
2p.: 3 air/p. sub-ma, 2 dc in the arch of 3 ch of the previous row, 3 aerial/pet., 3 dc in the same arch of 3 ch of the previous row, 3 dc in the next arch of 3 ch of the previous row -schego r., 3 VP, 3 SSN in the same arch from 3 VP of the previous r.

We continue knitting in straight/reverse rows according to cx. bow on the 6th p.

We connect a new thread on the second side of the ring and knit a bow with 1 row in straight/reverse rows. 6 rubles each scheme.

Starch the product and dry it on the mold. Sew on flowers and a bow.
