You will need: yarn (98% natural wool, 2% polyester; 75 m/100 g) – 1000 (1000-1100-1100) g brown; knitting needles No. 9 and 10; circular knitting needles No. 9, 60 cm long; hook number 7.
Rubber: knit alternately k2, p2.
Braid pattern: knit according to the pattern. Distribute the loops according to instructions. Repeat rows 1–26 constantly.
Knitting density: 9.5 p. x 15 r. = 10 x 10 cm, knitted with purl stitch; 11 p. x 15 r. = 10 x 10 cm, knitted with a “Braid” pattern. The samples are made on knitting needles No. 10.
Back: on knitting needles No. 9, cast on 60 (64-68-72) sts and for the bottom bar after edging, starting with knit 2, knit 7 cm = 10 r. with an elastic band, while in the last row at the beginning of the row after the edge. and after the 2nd p. add 1 p., at the end of the row before the penultimate loop and before the edge. add 1 st. = 64 (68-72-76) sts. Before: knit like a back, but for a deeper neckline after 21.5 (23-24-25.5) cm = 32 (34-36-38) r. from the armhole mark, close the middle 6 (6-8-8) sts. From the inner edge to round the neck in every 2nd r. close 1 time 3 p., 2 times 2 p. and 2 times 1 p.
Sleeves: On knitting needles No. 10, cast on 34 stitches for each sleeve and knit as follows: chrome, 12 stitches in purl stitch, 8 stitches with the “Braid” pattern between arrows a and b, 12 stitches in purl stitch, chrome. For bevels in the 5th r. from the initial row, add 1 stitch on both sides, then 9 (6-3-0) times in every 6th row. and 0 (5-9-13) times every 4th r. 1 p. = 54 (58-60-62) p. Knit the added loops with purl stitch. After 45.5 (44-43-41.5) cm = 68 (66-64-62) r. From the beginning row, close all loops.
Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Tie the edge of the neck with 1 circle. Art. b/n, 26 (26-28-28) art. b/n along the edge of the back neckline and 34 (34-36-36) st. b/n along the edge of the back neck and 34 (34-36-36) sts along the edge of the front neck = 60 (60-64-64) sts. b/n and knit 6 cm = 9 rounds. with an elastic band. Loosely close the loops. Sew the sleeves to the front and back between the marks, while aligning the middle of the upper edge of the sleeve with the shoulder seam. Sew side seams and sleeve seams.
