DESCRIPTION OF PATTERNS:

PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 – A.4. The diagrams show all the rows on the front side.

EVEN INCREASES: To calculate when to increase, take the total number of stitches (eg 110 stitches) minus the placket stitches (= 12 stitches), and divide by the number of stitches to increase (eg 13) = 7.5.

In this example, to increase, we make 1 yarn over alternately after approximately every 7th and 8th loop, do not add strips on the loops. In the next round, knit yarn overs with crossed loops so that there are no holes.

ADDITIONS ON THE SIDES:

Make all increases in the front rows! Knit until the last 2 stitches before the marker, 1 yarn over, k4 (the marker is in the middle of these 4 stitches), 1 yarn over. In the next round, knit yarn overs with crossed loops so that there are no holes. Then knit new stitches in stockinette stitch.

RAGLAN: Add 1 stitches on both sides of 3 knit stitches in the transitions between front/back and sleeves (= 8 stitches added per row). Add stitches in front of the marker and knit 2 sleeves, and add stitches in front of the marker and knit 1 with front and back stitches. We make increases with 1 yarn over. In the next round, knit the yarn over with a knit stitch so that there are no holes. Knit new stitches further according to the pattern/stitch stitch.

PLANK: To make the bar even and not stretched in length in relation to the entire product, you need to slightly tighten the thread when knitting the loops of the bar on both sides. If the bar is longer than the rest of the product, then knit shortened rows at the beginning of the front row in this way: Knit according to the pattern as before to the bar at the end of the row, turn the work, tightening the thread, knit back from the wrong side to the bar at the end of the row, turn the work , tightening the thread. Then knit according to the pattern in turning rows on all stitches. Repeat short rows approximately every 6 cm.

SLEEVES DECREASES:

Make all decreases in the front rows! Decrease 1 st on both sides of the marker: knit to the last 3 sts before the marker, k2 together, k2 (the marker is in the middle of these 2 sts), slip 1 st as a knit, k1 and place the slipped stitch over the knitted one.

CLOSING THE HINGES:

To prevent the closed edge from being pulled together, you can use larger knitting needles. If the edges turn out to be too tight, then you need to make 1 yarn over after approximately every 5th loop (bind the yarn overs like regular loops).

BUTTON LOOPES: make buttonholes on the right placket (buttoned). Make a loop in the front row, knitting to the last 5 stitches of the row: 1 yarn over, knit 2 together, knit the remaining loops of the bar. In the next row, knit a yarn over so that there is an opening. Make the first button loop at a height of approximately 1½-2 cm in the neckband. Place the next 6-6-7-7-7-7 button loops approximately 6½-6½-6-6½-6½-7 cm apart.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE MODEL: The neckline and yoke are knitted in turning rows on circular needles from the center front from top to bottom. Next, the yoke is divided into the lower part and sleeves. The lower part is then knitted in turning rows on circular needles from top to bottom. The sleeves are knitted in the round on stocking/short circular needles from top to bottom.

NECK: Cast on 110-115-120-125-130-135 sts (including 6 sts on both sides of center front) on 3 mm circular needles with Muskat yarn. Purl row 1 (= purl row). Next knit row: pattern A.1 (= 6st), * k3, p2 *, repeat from *-* to last 9st row, k3 and finish with pattern A.2 (= 6p). Knit with an elastic band of 1½-2 cm - make a buttonhole on the right placket - see Description of the patterns. After the elastic, knit 1 front row with knit stitches (knit the loops of the planks as before), in which evenly add 13-8-11-6-17-20p - see Description of patterns = 123-123-131-131-147-155p. Purl 1 row (knit the yarn overs purl crossed, and the loops of the straps as before). Switch to 4 mm circular needles. Place a marker at the beginning of the row in the center front, from which we will measure the length of the yoke!

YOKETTE: Place 4 raglan markers into the work: place 1 marker at a distance of 24-24-25-25-27-28p from each edge (= transition between front and sleeves), place the next 2 markers at a distance of 19-19-21- 21-25-27 sts from the first markers (= transition between sleeves and back). There are 37-37-39-39-43-45 back stitches left between the last two markers. In the next row we begin to make raglan increases - see Description of patterns, and at the same time we knit according to the pattern in this way: Left front front: according to pattern A.1, the first 6 stitches - see Description of patterns, 2 knits, starting from the first loop of pattern A.3 , knit next 15 sts, k1-1-2-2-4-5, marker is located here. Left sleeve: k2-2-3-3-5-6, starting with the first stitch of pattern A.3, knit the next 15 sts, k2-2-3-3-5-6, marker is placed here. Back: K1-1-2-2-4-5, starting with the first stitch of pattern A.3, knit the next 35 sts, k1-1-2-2-4-5, marker placed here. Right Sleeve: K2-2-3-3-5-6, starting with the first stitch of Chart A.3, work next 15 sts, k2-2-3-3-5-6, marker placed here. Right front: K1-1-2-2-4-5, starting from the 6th stitch of pattern A.3, knit the next 15 stitches, k2, according to pattern A.2 the last 6 stitches - see Description of patterns

PLANK. REMEMBER THE DENSITY OF KNITTING!

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION TO THE END BEFORE STARTING – make raglan increases and knit this way: make raglan increases in every second row a total of 20-24-27-30-32-35 times, then increase, make 1 stitch increases on the front and back (but do not add loops on the sleeves) = 287-319-351-375-407-439p.

AT THE SAME TIME, during the increase of loops, there will be more repeats of the openwork pattern between the raglan lines. Between the raglan increases there should always be 2-2-3-3-5-6 stitches and yarn overs on the outside of the raglan in the 5th and 15th circle of diagram A.1.

Upon completion of pattern A.3 1 time in height, repeat the pattern one more time in height. Then knit according to pattern A.4 (= 10 stitches) over A.3, and when adding stitches, knit more repeats of the openwork pattern.

After completing pattern A.4, continue knitting in stockinette stitch (stitches as before) until the end. . After all the increases, the length of the product will be approximately 15-18-20-22-24-26 cm. Continue knitting until the height is 18-20-22-24-26-28 cm. Next, divide the product into the lower part and sleeves.

For sizes S, M and L, divide the work into the lower part using raglan markers, and for sizes XL, XXL and XXXL, knit 1-3-4 sts on both sides of the sleeve as back and front loops.

Next purl row: knit the first 45-49-53-57-63-68 sts (= right front), slip the next 59-67-75-79-83-89 sts of the sleeves onto the stitch holder, cast on 10-10-10-12- 12-14 new stitches (= sleeve undercut), knit the next 79-87-95-103-115-125 sts (= back), slip the next 59-67-75-79-83-89 sts of the sleeve onto the stitch holder, cast on 10- 10-10-12-12-14 new stitches (= sleeve undercut), knit the remaining 45-49-53-57-63-68 sts (= left front). Finish the bottom and sleeves separately.

ALL MEASUREMENTS WILL BE TAKEN FROM THIS LOCATION!

BOTTOM PART:

= 189-205-221-241-265-289p. Place 1 side marker at a distance of 50-54-58-63-69-75 sts on both sides (= 89-97-105-115-127-139 sts back between markers). Move markers while working; they will be needed later for increases and decreases on the sides of the product. Continue knitting in turning rows with stockinette stitch and placket stitches. At a height of 3 cm from the division, subtract 1 p on both sides of the side markers - see Description of the patterns. Decrease approximately every 2½ cm a total of 4 times = 173-189-205-225-249-273p. At a height of 14 cm from the separation for all sizes, add 1 stitch on both sides of the side markers - see Description of the patterns. Repeat the increases at a product height of 16 cm = 181-197-213-233-257-281p. At a height of 21 cm from the division, evenly add 14-18-22-22-28-34 sts = 195-215-235-255-285-315 sts. Switch to 3 mm circular needles. Work with rib this way: according to pattern A.1 (= 6st), * k3, p2 *, repeat from *-* to the last 9st row, k3 and finish according to pattern A.2 (= 6p). At an elastic height of 2 cm, close the loops according to the pattern - see Description of the patterns. Jacket length approximately 46-48-50-52-54-56 cm from shoulder to hem. SLEEVES: Re-slip the set aside 59-67-75-79-83-89p sleeves onto stocking/short circular needles 4mm and knit 1p out of every 10-10-10-12-12-14 new sleeve undercut stitches = 69-77 -85-91-95-103p. Place a marker in the middle of these new sleeve hem stitches. Move the marker as you work. You will need a marker later for sleeve reductions. Knit in stockinette stitch in the round. At a sleeve height of 3-3-3-3-2-2 cm from the division, decrease 1 st on both sides of the marker - see Description of the patterns. Decrease approximately every 3-2-1½1-1-1 cm for a total of 5-6-7-7-7-6 times = 59-65-71-77-81-91p. After all decreases are completed, knit in stockinette stitch until the sleeve height is 16-14-13-11-9-8 cm (sleeves are shorter for larger sizes due to the longer yoke). Knit 1 round, in which evenly add 1-0-4-3-4-4 sts = 60-65-75-80-85-95 sts. Switch to 3 mm double needles. Knit with an elastic band (K3/P2) in a 2 cm circle. Cast off the loops according to the pattern - see Description of the patterns. Knit the second sleeve in the same way.

ASSEMBLY: Sew buttons onto the left placket.
