Dimensions 36/38 (40/42) 44/46
YOU WILL NEED
Yarn (100% cotton; 120 m/50 g) - 450 (500) 550 g brown; knitting needles No. 3; circular knitting needles No. 3.
PATTERNS AND DIAGRAMS RUBBER
Even number of loops = edge loops, alternately 1 knit, 1 purl, edge. Odd number of loops.
Persons rows: edge, alternately knit 1, purl 1, knit 1, edge.
Out. rows: knit loops according to the pattern.
PATTERN FROM “LEAVES”
The number of loops at the beginning is a multiple of 26 + 8 + 2 edge loops = knit according to. diagram 1. It shows the facial rows. In the purl rows, knit all the loops according to the pattern, knit the purl crossed stitches with the knit stitches crossed, and knit the yarn overs purlwise. Start with 1 edge stitch and loops before the repeat, repeat the repeat all the time, finish with loops after the repeat and 1 edge stitch. Perform rows 1–26 once, then repeat rows 3–26 constantly.
Openwork pattern
The number of loops is a multiple of 10 + 6 + 2 edge loops = knit according to. diagram 2. It shows the front and back rows. Start with 1 edge stitch and loops before the repeat, repeat the repeat all the time, finish with loops after the repeat and 1 edge stitch. Repeat rows 1–8 constantly.
Facial surface
Front rows - front loops, purl rows - purl loops.
KNITTING DENSITY
22 p. x 27 r. = 10 x 10 cm, knitted with a “leaf” pattern;
21 p. x 27 r. = 10 x 10 cm, knitted with an openwork pattern.
ATTENTION!
The model expands slightly and stretches in length when worn. This is not included in the pattern. The knitting density was measured with the model unfolded. Knit the back and front up to the armholes in a single fabric. Then finish the parts separately. Due to the large number of loops, we recommend knitting on circular knitting needles in rows in forward and reverse directions.
Completing of the work
BACK AND SHELVES
Cast on 192 (218) 244 stitches on knitting needles and for the placket, knit 2 cm = 5 rows with an elastic band (even number of loops), starting with 1 purl row.
Continue working with the “leaf” pattern.
Attention!
The outer 48 (55) 61 loops form the shelves, the middle 96 (108) 122 loops form the back. After 45 cm = 122 rows from the bar, knit 0.5 cm = 2 rows with stockinette stitch, while in the 1st row, discard all the loops highlighted in color and unravel to the bar = 162 (184) 206 sts. In the 2nd row, evenly Having distributed, add 26 (24) 22 purl crossed from the transverse thread = 188 (208) 228 sts.
Continue working with an openwork pattern. After 15 cm = 40 rows (14 cm = 38 rows) 13.5 cm = 36 rows from the last pattern change, divide the work for the armholes. To do this, leave the outer 47 (52) 57 sts on both sides for the shelves and continue working for the back on the middle 94 (104) 114 sts according to. pattern, while knitting loops on both sides along the edge that are not used for repeat, using stockinette stitch.
At the same time, in the 1st row from dividing the work, close 1 x 5 p. for the armholes on both sides, then in every 2nd row 2 x 2 p. and 3 (4) 5 x 1 p. = 70 (78) 86 p. .
After 34 cm = 92 rows (35.5 cm = 96 rows) 37 cm = 100 rows from the last change of pattern, close for shoulder bevel on both sides 1 x 7 (9) 11 sts and in the next 2nd row another 1 x 7 (9) 11 p. After 35.5 cm = 96 rows (37 cm = 100 rows) 38.5 cm = 104 rows from the last change of pattern, close the remaining 42 p., the middle 30 p. form the neckline, the outer ones 6 p. - shoulders.
For the left front, include the last 47 (52) 57 loops in the work and continue working according to. pattern, while making an armhole along the right edge, as on the back.
At the same time, after 15 cm = 40 rows (16.5 cm = 44 rows) 18 cm = 48 rows from the last change of pattern, close to bevel the neckline along the left edge 1 x 1 p., then in every 2nd row 2 x 1 p. and in every 4th row 12 x 1 st.
Perform the shoulder bevel as on the back.
At the height of the back, bind off the remaining 6 stitches of the shoulder. Knit the right front in a mirror image.
SLEEVES
Cast on 48 (54) 60 stitches on the knitting needles for each sleeve and for the placket, knit 2 cm = 5 rows with an elastic band (even number of loops), while in the last purl row, evenly distributed, add 0 (4) 8 stitches = 48 ( 58) 68 p.
Continue working with an openwork pattern.
To bevel the sleeves, add 7 x 1 sts on both sides in every 12th row from the bar. pattern = 62 (72) 82 p.
After 38.5 cm = 104 rows from the bar, close the sleeves on both sides with 1 x 5 p., then in every 2nd row 1 x 2 p., 8 x 1 p., 1 x 2 p. and 2 x 3 p.
After 48 cm = 130 rows from the bar, close off the remaining 16 (26) 36 stitches.
ASSEMBLY
Sew shoulder seams.
On circular knitting needles, cast on 165 (169) 173 loops along the sides of the shelves to/from the shoulder seam, cast on 31 loops along the edge of the back neckline, and for the placket, knit 2 cm = 5 rows with an elastic band on all 361 (369) 377 loops (odd number of loops) , while in the 1st purl row between the edges, start and finish with 1 purl.
Then close the loops according to the drawing.
Sew in the sleeves, sew side seams and sleeve seams.
