Jumper knitting “OVERSIZE”

Within the framework of the relief borders, a floral design is inscribed and, despite the fact that all the details are connected according to the same pattern, each acquired individuality thanks to the alternation of pattern fragments in height. The soft ruff at the edges matches the loose style of the jumper.

Required: 450 g of yarn (Yarna “Peru”, 20% baby alpaca, 15% mohair superkid, 20% merino, 45% polyacrylic; 50 g/90 m); circular knitting needles No. 5.

Knitting density: 16 p. x 19 rub. = 10 x 10 cm.

Rubber: 2 knit, 2 purl.

Purl stitch: knit front rows with purl loops, knit purl rows with front loops.

Back: cast on 92 sts, knit 4 rows with stockinette stitch and 6 rows with rib stitch. Continue in the following order: edging, 10 sts of purl stitch, 15 sts of pattern 8.1, 41 sts (in the center in the 1st row add 1 st) according to pattern 8.2 (= 1 time from 1st to 20th yu + 1 time from 1st to 21st), 15 sts of pattern 8.1, 10 sts of purl stitch, chrome.

According to pattern 8.2, knit 1 time from the 1st to 32nd rows, 1 time from the 21st to 56th rows and then from the 1st row to the end.

At a height of 40 cm from the beginning, for the armholes on both sides, close 3 sts and in every 2nd row 1 time 2 and 2 times 1 (= 79 sts).

At a height of 56 cm from the beginning, for the neckline, close off the middle 29 stitches and finish both sides separately. To round from the inner edge, close off the remaining 22 shoulder stitches in every 2nd row 1 time 2 times, 1 time 1 time and 1 time.

Before: similar to the back, but according to pattern 8.2, knit 1 time from the 1st to 44th rows, 1 time from the 33rd to 56th rows and then from the 1st row to the end.

To cut the neckline at a height of 53 cm from the beginning, close off the middle 23 sts and for rounding from the inner edge in every 2nd row 1 time 3, 1 time 2 and 1 time 1 st. At a height of 58 cm from the beginning, close 22 sts of the shoulder

Sleeve: cast on 50 stitches, knit 4 rows. stitch, 6 rows with elastic band, in the last row add 1 stitch (= 51 stitches). Continue in the following order: chrome, 14 p. smooth,

21 p. of pattern 8.2 (from 1st to 56 r. + from 1st row to the end), 14 p. iron, chrome

To expand on both sides, add 1 stitch in every 14th row 5 times (= 61 stitches), knit new stitches purl. satin stitch

At a height of 48 cm from the beginning, for the edging on both sides, close 3 sts and in each 2nd row 1 time for 2, 4 times for 1, 3 times for 2, 1 time for 3 and 1 time for the remaining 25 sts. Second Knit the sleeve in the same way.

Assembly: sew shoulder seams. Along the edge of the neckline from the front side on circular knitting needles, evenly cast on 72 sts and knit 8 rows with an elastic band, 6 rows of the front stitch, bind off the loops. Twist the edges of the placket, cuffs and collar into a roll. Sew side seams and sleeve seams, sew them into armholes.
