Описание вязания шали «Бегониевый вихрь»

We start knitting with a ribbon on 3 loops.

To do this, we use an auxiliary thread to crochet a chain of 5 air loops, then from this chain we pick up 3 loops with the main thread and knit 176 rows with the front loops alone. We knit the first loop and the last one in all rows!

Having knitted 176 rows, turn the knitting so that the working thread is at the top and cast on 88 loops along the edge, then unravel the chain from the auxiliary thread and collect the open loops on a knitting needle. We have 94 loops in work (3+88+3)

Shawl border pattern

Blocking is the process of giving a shawl a specific shape.

First, soak the shawl in warm water with shampoo or detergent for washing woolen items, then rinse gently and simply squeezing the shawl with your hands (do not squeeze), squeeze out excess water, then wrap it in a towel and also squeeze to remove excess moisture. 

Lay the shawl on the surface and straighten it.
Fasten the neck and straight edges of the shawl with tailor's needles and straighten the fabric, stretching it and fixing it with pins.

Watch the leaves in the border so that they lie evenly, straightening them and fixing them.   

Having spread out the shawl completely and secured it, we begin to form the cloves on the leaves.
